Michael Knez
Michael Knez is an Associate at Blacklock Law Firm. He represents a range of private and institutional clients with civil and commercial disputes. Prior to joining Blacklock Law Firm, he practiced with a prominent full-service firm in Toronto where he carved his niche in the area of civil and general commercial litigation.
Michael has a breadth of experience in a wide range of insurance matters relating to personal injury, coverage, property, casualty, subrogation, fraud, and commercial general liability. He has also represented both landlord and tenant in residential disputes, contractors and home owners in construction disputes, and handled contract disputes. Michael has successfully argued various matters before the Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice and Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
